  2. Birth and death dates Leonardo da Vinci was born in April 15-1452. Leonard da Vinci died May 2-1519.

  3. Training and development Leonardo da Vinci attended worked at Verroccio’s studio.

  4. Style and techniques Leonardo’s style of art was: drafts work, painting, pointillism and sculpting. He would make all sorts of art like people, bones, and places in the world. To make his paintings he used oil paint techniques .Which is made out of paint pigment and linseed oil.

  5. Interesting point 1 A interesting point about Leonardo da Vinci’s greatest work of the 1940’s was ‘’The Last Supper’’. The painting shows the last supper Jesus and his disciples shared together.

  6. Interesting point 2 A interesting point about Leonardo da Vinci is that his work of the 16th century was surrounded by “The Mona Lisa’’. He worked on this painting for 4 years!!!! He carried this painting everywhere he went for the remainder of his life.

  7. Interesting point 3 A interesting point about Leonardo da Vinci is that his trainer at Verroccio’s made sure that all of his students new how to have depth in their drawings of anatomy of the human body. He later became master of topographic anatomy, drawing many bones muscles and tendons.

  8. What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci is that his art has been seen all over the world and wont be forgotten for a very long time, if ever!

  10. What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci is that he has a series of journals, that he wrote in almost daily. The amazing thing about it is that he wrote most of his journals in mirror script! Which means he wrote in his journals from right to left. So that when you looked in a mirror it was left to right.

  11. What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci What appeals to me about Leonardo da Vinci is that when people discovered his inventions they immediately tested them and they all seemed to succeed and to this day are still used.

  12. One of Leonardo da Vinci’s artwork One of Leonardo da Vinci’s artwork is ‘’The Last Supper’’. It is recognized all over the world! It makes me feel that he felt the need to devote at least one of his artworks to Jesus.

  14. One of Leonardo da Vinci’s artwork One of Leonardo da Vinci’s artwork is his ‘’Self Portrait’’ It is done in pointillism. Legend has it that it only look him a couple of hours to complete this!! This artwork makes me feel that he knew he was gonna need a picture of him for the future.
