C Currently, MCF-SCL serves as the intake facility for all adult male felons committed to the commissioner of corrections Facility employs 400 staff 350-400 inmates per month are processed at MCF-SCL About 1/3 of those inmates are short-term offenders Facility count averages about 1000 inmates
