2. ACTIVITY 11: question • Create a self – made multimedia project (PowerPoint Presentation) elaborating how these IT- Based project is said to be an effective tool in order to engage students in activities that requires a higher level of thinking skills.

3. What is IT-Based projects??

4. Enhances the complex thinking skills of the students such as focusing, analyzing. information gathering, generating, organizing, evaluating and many more. • It is also helps students engage in many activities that requires a higher level of thinking skills.

5. The central target on this is to make the learners go beyond the textbook and curriculum materials and appreciate the use of modern library which is the internet and other sites/web. This particular subject does not underestimated the used of traditional learning model like books, going to library, or other resources but to have an appreciation and easy way to used resource- based learning in a modern and relevant way.

6. There are really many changes in our world nowadays, one of those are the medium of instruction used in order to alleviate the  motivation process, thinking skills, and the educational awareness of the students especially on technologies.

In the past, students learn their lessons through rote or memorization with the teacher doing most of the explaining and understanding of the subject matter at hand.   • But, in our modern time students learn in their own and searching and pursuing their quest to get information and to acquire knowledge using technologies and others.

Sometimes most of the students are getting bored or didn’t get or understand the lesson when the teacher used the traditional way of teaching. • That’s why we have this IT- Based Projects that enhanced students thinking skills and creativity. Indeed, that IT-Based projects make learning a lot meaningful and effective in a way that the students are in tune with the latest information.

9. IT-based  projects also help in creating a rich learning environment with healthy arguments and the widest of information needed by the students. Learners experiences were not just confined to the classroom, or even to the school itself because as we all know that learning process occurs best when the discover it by themselves.

10. This IT-Based project is said to be an effective tool in order to engage students in activities that requires a higher level of thinking skills because it make the lesson more interesting and effective to teach and also let students to discover and learn by themselves using their own knowledge and critical thinking.

11. Technologies indeed have played a vital role in education here in our country. However the fact is that even how much we implement this IT-based it would still depend upon the teacher on how he/she will insert it on the class to make it an effective one.

12. We should always bare on our mind that the use of technology is not for the sake of the convenience that it gives us teacher but also to promote conducive teaching and learning process to our students.
