Entry Plan – Ultimate Goal “Listening and Learning to strengthen relationships as we SOAR to excellence.” Ultimate Goal – Enhance the quality of the educational program offered to the students of FHES.
Entry Plan – Areas of Concentration “Listening and Learning to strengthen relationships as we SOAR to excellence.” Concentrates on the following areas: • Creating a community of trust, respect, and camaraderie built around effective and open communication. • Determine the instructional and organizational needs, objectives, and priorities of FHES based on the existing school improvement plan, current data, and constituency input. • Identifying the schools strengths, improvement opportunities, and challenges.
Entry Plan – Timeline “Listening and Learning to strengthen relationships as we SOAR to excellence.” Timeline • Preliminary Phase – July to August – gathering of information • Secondary Phase – September to October –identifying strengths and challenges • Final Phase – December to February –building a foundation for the development of intentional components of the School Improvement Plan. • Phases are out lined in plan by constituency groups – staff, students, families, community, and administration.
