  4. Goals for the group Focuson the individual, withcoorporationthrough all units. Expand/renovate the existingfacilities, to meetcomingmembershipdevelopment. Found a nature workshop, in suitablefacilities, wherewecanplay and experience. Found and develop the allreadygood and positive relationshipwith the parents. Continue to workonstrengthen, the coorperation and networkbetween ALL scouts in the area.

Why is adultsimportantfor the group • Completescouting • Young scoutscancontinue, withoutbeeing a leader • Experienceson ”everything” is at hand • Rovers is a supplement to the leaders • All adults IS rolemodels (relevantactivities/travels etc.) • Adult ressources • Training new leaders • Helpon camps, activities, fundraising etc. • Ad hoc leaders, leader ressources, recruitment • Synergy • All units arerepresented in the klans • Social community • Tolerances betweendifferent units in the group • Young scoutscontinuebecause the want to 1.1 Adult Membership

  8. Why do they do it ? What’s in it for me? Howcan it be, there’s a lot of adultswhowants to spend time together and use a lot of time?? Influense– on the future and the workthey give Appreciation– tell and show it, they love to hear it Fellowship – theyfeeltheybelong, we do thingstogether Competences– thatareusefull in and outsidescouting Positive selfestime– we do make a difference to others
