  2. The main aim of our project is to create an online radio by students and teachers from different European countriesand to get to know partner countries better. Apart from preparing radio broadcasts wetravel to partner countries to discuss what we have already done.

  3. Countries taking part in the project: Finland Estonia Poland Lithuania Austria Hungary Italy – co-ordinator of the project

  6. Jastrzębie Zdrój is a city with a population of almost 100,000 people. The city used to be a spa in the past, but today new industrial sectors are beingdeveloped and there 5 coalmineshere.

  7. And nowwe’dlike to inviteyou to take part in a virtual journey through ourschool Let’s see how we spend time working on the project ;)

  8. There is a nice cosy atmosphere. Therearearound 700 students in our school and 70 teachers. We have a large gym, a language laboratory, a library full of books and two IT laboratories. Thelevel of educationisvery high.

  9. Our school has been renovated recently so our classrooms are very modern and they are equippedwith new computers. Thereis a small park nearbywhere we can go after a harddayatschoolor play truant.

  10. In January we visited the other school from Poland whichtakes part in the project. In Sławków we wereworkingtogether on thesurveyaboutourbroadcasts.

  11. We record broadcasts together with our IT teacher, Mr Piotr Stafin.

  12. In March we took part in the meeting in Austria. It was a wonderfulexperince and we couldfinallyget to knowour partners in person.
