One possible solution to attain MSY: • FMSY for the offshore (all stocks mixed) fishery determined by the least productive river (Southern rivers) • FMSY for the Gulf of Bothnian coastal fishery (GoB stocks mixed) determined by least productive river in the Gulf • FMSY for the river fishery (no mixing between stocks) determined by FMSY for the stock within that river Would the objectives be stated in terms of set LIMITS (i.e., lines not to be crossed) or TARGETS (i.e., preferred situation)?? What RISK level one is ready to accept?
