Cuadro clínico • Pápulas, cupuliformes, con superficie lisa, brillantes, firmes, umbilicadas, 2-5mm, del color de la piel • Únicas o múltiples • Generalizadas, respetando palmas y plantas • Asintomáticas. 10% prurito y reacción eccematosa • Las lesiones palpebrales pueden complicarse con queratitis y conjuntivitis.   7. Diagnóstico • Clínica • Histología (ME): Tinción de hematoxylina y eosina: partículas virales, inclusiones intracitoplasmáticaseosinofílicas en keratinocitos: Cuerpos de Molusco

  8. Tratamiento • Autolimitado, benigno • Lesiones genitales tratamiento obligatorio • Curataje, crioterapia, lasser, podofilina,cantaridinay terapia antiretroviral.
