  7. Position • Develop and ready your IL Proficiencies • Establish your credibility • Know the territory • Assume a leadership role on campus committees • Expand territory— Blackboard, IT, CTLA, etc.

  8. Partner • Find Partners • Collaborate with others • Trust yourself • Forward student learning

  9. Pounce! • Be ready for the opportunity— Curriculum Realignment Committee - CREAC • Play your part and collaborate • Assert yourself and the library’s IL mission • Let your work help others • University Studies Strands, Goals, and Proficiencies • Put IL on the map—IL Summit
