  2. Partners in the sub-project • Lead Participant: Municipality of Náchod • Municipality of Monfalcone • PIT AREA BRADANICA

  3. The sub-project description • Through the joint initiative EU-NET, the partners intend to verify the possibility of adopting a „structured integrated cooperation model“, instead of a simple „project cooperation model“, in order to identify and further develop projects of common interest.

  4. Added value Added value for the integrated project is first multinational cooperation, parntership and the cost effective resources analysis.

  5. Contribution to strategic goals of GRIP-IT The project contributes to the goals of the GRIP-IT project by: • Encouraging an integrated approach to the cooperation actions among the European territories, • Establishing a lasting partnership in order to promote synergy and accelerated exchange at transnational level of sustainable models of integration, • Improving capacities within partners institutions and reinforcing means of local governance, • Sharing knowledge, experiences and identifying specific fields of expertise in which every partner can bring in added-value.

  6. The founding principles of the consortium are the following: • Multidisciplinarity, to cover the many pespectives required to understand the themes of the project. • Experiences of partners in similar activities. • Integration of research capacity, rooting in inovative practice, impact on policy-making and communication effectiveness. • Possibility to allow for opennes to new partners, as and when new opportunities / needs emerge, in order to add new expertise or new cultural / geograpihical perspectives. • The involment by stakeholders and representativeness to guarantee a multilateral view on research agenda identified.
