  2. How much do you walk? A study of 15,045 walkers enrolled in the National Walkers’ Health Study over six years.

  3. How much do you walk? Walking reduced the risk for being diagnosed with hypertension by 7.2%

  4. How much do you walk? Walking reduced the risk of having high cholesterol by 7%

  5. How much do you walk? Walking lowered the risk of diabetes by 12.3%

  6. How much do you walk? Walking reduced coronary heart disease risk by 9.3%

  7. The Apostle Paul suggested we go for regular ‘Walks’

  8. Ephesians 5:15-17 “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

  28. The Great Challenge of our Day Inertia!

  29. Inertia A tendency for sluggishness or resistance to change!

  30. Today I will wisely take this one step to walk circumspectly, redeeming this day, uncovering the will of God in my life?

  31. Perhaps you need to take that first step with God this morning by trusting Christ as your Savior!
