  3. Requirements • Collect Response Data from all RICs and Big 5 • Develop Web Application for data collection • Set up one administrator from each RIC/Big 5 • Collect basic set-up data • Location cross reference data(DSMF/DW location table) • Create reports for SED

  5. Erasure Analysis Read Level Data • Record Layout • Scantools File Extension (.RLD) • Teleforms File Extension (.TXT) • This layout has a fixed format, but with a variable length. The length depends on the number of questions for each record generated and how many responses each question has. Each question is separated by an end of question character, which is a dash (-).
