Skeletal System Jose Coronel & Austin Ward
Introduction • The skeletal system has a big job.Its job is to protect internal organs. This system also is what lets you move.
Parts of The Skeletal System • Axial • The midline skeleton • Appendicular • Your limbs
How it works • This system works by using joints. There are four types of joint and they are:hinge joints, ball and socket joints, and gliding joints.
How it works Hinge joints- are almost like a door hinge that can only move forward and backwards Ball and socket joints- these joints work by using a ball and a socket that fit together Gliding joints-work by sliding past each other Fix joints- these are joints that don’t move
How it works • The bones in the body are what support your body like braces on a building. Bones also make your blood
