  4. About Hampshire Advice Plus Hampshire Advice Plus (HAP) is a project of Citizens Advice Hampshire and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund. Aim: to improve access to quality advice for the most vulnerable people and communities in Hampshire:-

  5. Update on relevant HAP activities • Local Language Banks • Inter agency online Referral Tool • Consumer Empowerment Partnership • Social Policy Forum • Consultation on Hampshire Health & Well Being Strategy

Health & Well Being Strategy • Feedback from organisations/groups attending consultation event:- • 54 % stated that the key priority of the strategy should be to “Tackle wider issues that impact on health – ie: poverty, homelessness and educational achievement”. • 53% stated that the strategy would be best supported by changing the way services are designed and delivered so that they are more “joined up” • 60% stated that the way in which they would seek to approach future partnership working was through “radical collaboration in order to achieve more for less.

Table exercise – 15 minute discussion - 2 minute feedback per group (One key priority/activity) • An opportunity to share one of your organisation’s key priorities for current activity and/or future development which support the HAN aims :- • Influence local policy • Develop accessible services • Share information and resources • Ensure effective referrals • Develop and sustain partnerships • Build the capacity of the network
