  4. Claims Process Inpatient, Hospitalisation & Surgery Logon to: expatinsurance.com.sg/nadathur Download & Complete Medical Claim Form Upon approval, GlobalHealthwill arrange for direct settlement with the Hospital/Provider.

  5. Claims Process Outpatient Claims Two Options: Visit a Cashless Outpatient Provider Visit a Doctor of Your Choice

  6. Claims Process Cashless Outpatient Claims Visit a clinic on the Cashless Directory Present your medical card at time of visit The clinic will bill GlobalHealthdirectly

  7. Claims Process Outpatient Reimbursement Claims Logon to: expatinsurance.com.sg/nadathur Download & Complete Medical Claim Form Post Claim Form & Original Invoice/Receipts to: GlobalHealth Asia 133 New Bridge Road, #17-03 Chinatown Point Singapore 059413

  8. Claims Process Outpatient Reimbursement Claims GlobalHealthwill issue a cheque for reimbursement which will be posted to you. *Note: All claims must be submitted within 90 days of treatment. Timeline: Upon receipt of claim form and receipts by post, GlobalHealthwill process within two-three weeks time.
