Vision Team Purpose • To help St. Peter’s navigate through our size transition • To help St. Peter’s establish a vision for our future
We’ve Grown • Since 2001, our average Sunday attendance has been 200 people • Our congregation has about 375 active members • Most of our members have joined since we instituted 2 services (Sept 8, 2002) • We have more families with young children than we have had in the past • We are feeling a bit ‘squeezed’ in the pew and/or in our children’s classrooms

Congregation Conversations • Education program – What would a life-long spiritual education program look like? What would we need to support it? • Service priorities – What should our ministry/service priorities be? How do we assure sustainability? • Elbow Room – How might we make space for education, meetings and worship without a new building? • More!
