  21. What I expect from your child

  22. Effective Work Habits & Academics • Homework is to be completed neatly and turned in on time every day. • Students receive a homework folder to keep track of daily homework. Parent signature is required every night on the agenda. • Reading log is required to be checked and signed by the parent every night. • Parent Notices are sent home regarding student progress and achievement. Sign all documents.

  23. Discipline Plan • Warning: 2 minutes from recess • Strike 1: 5 minutes from recess, parent note home • Strike 2: 10 minutes from recess, parent note home • Strike 3: No recess, parent note home • No homework = No recess

  24. Communication Agenda: Feel free to write any concerns or comments in your child’s agenda. The agenda is checked daily, so it is an excellent source of communication.
