Electronics Cabinet Components • The Electronics cabinet (Control cabinet) includes the following components: • Operation panel – including the machine main switch • TPFM unit – a 3U rack for printing data boards — up to machine 100 • QLM Box – for printing data boards — up to machine 100 • Computer – powered by 2 Intel XEON processors and3 Giga RAM of memory • Supply unit – supplies all of the required voltages for all the machine components • Drum driver – for drum motion control Confidential
Electronics Cabinet Components (Cont.) • MCDU – Motion Control Drivers Unit controls all the motors in the machine except the drum • Control unit – includes the I/O controller, the ACB board, the Galil board and the Solamp board • Transformer – supply all of the AC power for components in the machine • Electrical cabinet – receives the main inlet power to the machine and distributes power to all machine components. Also controls the drum heating, Overheat, Under speed, and power distribution for pumps (Vacuum and Evacuation) Confidential

Electronics Cabinet General Description • The Electronics cabinet is connected to the printing unit via two brackets: • Printing power bracket • Printing signal bracket • The electronic cabinet is designed to be highly accessible and serviceable. • TPFM, QLM, Computer, Drum driver and MCDU units are designed on rails and can be slid out, for repair and replacement purposes, without having to disconnect any cables from behind. Electronics Cabinet General Description (Cont.) • Electrical cabinet and Control units are easily accessible via the service door. • All of the electrical cabinet envelopes can easily be dismantled. • The electronics (Control) cabinet is based on wheels and can be moved up to 1m (3 ft) from the machine, allowing easy access to the drum motor and other components in the printing unit. • The operator controls the machine via the “arm” extension that includes the monitor, keyboard and mouse. The “arm” extension can be adjusted and rotated 180° for the operator’s convenience. Confidential
