OBJECTIVES: • Hide slides. • Set slide timings and rehearse timings. • Add action buttons to slides and specify action settings. • Record narration for a presentation • Use on-screen navigation tools during presentation. • Annotate slides during the presentation.
OBJECTIVES (Continuation): • Use Meeting Minder during a presentation to take notes and assign tasks. • Set up online broadcasts and collaborate online with others in a group. • Pick a presentation to be viewed on another computer.
Timeline for the Group Project Friday (April 13) • Initial planning: forming groups, choosing a subject area and teacher Monday (April 16) • Talk to the chosen teacher: Explain to them what the project is about and ask a lesson plan designed for next Monday (23rd) .
Timeline for the Group Project Tuesday (April 17) • Lesson plan at hand Wednesday (April 18) • Start working on the PowerPoint Presentation. Each group must have a copy of the checklist/rubric. Grading the groups based on cooperation will begin.
Timeline for the Group Project Thursday (April 19) • Continue working on the presentation. Friday (April 20) • Submission of the project to Ms. Esmeralda (for suggestion) • Making revisions, if necessary.
Timeline for the Group Project Monday (April 23) • Deliver the PP presentation to the class of the chosen teacher. The teacher will grade the group based on their delivery.
