  2. A resident of Kenosha, Wisconsin, Pamela Zalubowski has a history of professional excellence. Her functional experience spans across project management, customer/supplier relations, and supervisory. She is energetic, assertive, resourceful, and highly professional, which makes her a valuable asset for every establishment she works for.

  3. She kick started her professional career in the year 1990 by working with SNAP-ON TOOLS. She has worked with numerous organizations and held different positions thereafter. Over the years that she has been working as a dedicated employee, she proved her expertise time and again. Her perseverance, exceptional skill set, and excellent performance helps her to emerge successful in every task that she handles.

She is acknowledged for her brilliant planning, time management ability and follow up techniques. While working with different organizations, she has perfectly honed her communication and negotiation skills with an outstanding ability to efficiently direct a team. She has comprehensive knowledge of the ins and outs of various production operations while having expertise in aspects like safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee morale.

  5. She has always been a very motivated and hardworking individual. Her excellent skills and in-depth knowledge is the result of her brilliant academia. Pamela Zalubowski completed BA in Marketing and Business Management from Carthage College, Kenosha. She later enrolled in a certification course in Project Management from UWM, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She also did MBA from Cardinal Stritch, Milwaukee in the year 2008 with a 3.8 GPA.

  6. Currently, she is working with Harley Davidson, which is a world class all American motorcycle company based in Menomonee Falls, WI. She joined the organization in October 2012 as a Supervisor in Machining. Her exceptional performance paid her well as initially she was a contract supervisor and now she has been offered a permanent position in the company. Her in-depth knowledge, commitment and dedication to work is a perfect testimony to her proficiency, credibility, and professionalism.
