  2. Date born & died. Alice was born February 25th, 1885,  & died December 5th, 1969.

  3. Job & Family Life. Alice worked for the Red Cross Organization. She had 2 brothers: Louis Mountbatten & George Mountbatten.

  4. How she became deaf. Alice was born deaf. She learned to lip read at an early stage.

  5. Grew Up & Lived. Alice grew up  in Germany and lived in England after "school."

  6. How were they treated being deaf? Alice wasn't treated any diffrently in her time. She was respected by many people.

  7. Did he/she make an impact? She cared for many sick and in need orphans & affected the lives of many people.
