  3. Introduction Let me introduce [DavinciTurboRIP for Dye-Sublimation] for small printing business. Recently, epson published small A3 printer (Epson R1800), 8 head, same spec as LFP, using 180 nozzles . Dye-sublimation does not need 8colors , CMYK 4 color is OK. We changed 8colors as CMYK Double, (Korean Patented RIP SW Technology) Fast as LFP. (CMYK Double mode720x360 dpi 14 sq m/h) Epson R1800 A3 Printer, RIP&Print option.

Why DavinciTurboRIP for Dye-Sublimation? • Patented CMYK Doubletechnology ( Korea Patent #10-0662211) , High speed CMYK Double (CMYKCMYK) mode enabled in RIP SW. • SW color Mirroring (YMCKKCMY) decrease bidirection banding. • Support Roll paper, You can setting automatic large printing size printing even 100m above. (need large roll paper setter) • Cheap Epson R1800 printer enable Fast printing system, same as LFP. ( 14 sq m /h ) • Target Area – All kind of Dye-Sublimation mass production printing is OK. • Special option for dye-sublimation ink printing and sublimation transfer paper printing(pigment inks). 4channels CMYK for dye-sublimation inks, 4channels CMYK for pigment inks. - Twin Printing method enable, one printer prints dye-sublimation and pigment inks also.

  7. How to setting printer ? Step1. Change cartridges & fill inks Setting Roll papers • Setting Roll Paper Guide.(Included Epson R1800) • DavinciTurboRIP for Dye-Sublimation version supports Roll paper and default setting for Roll paper. So you must using Roll paper only. • Setting Infinite refill Kit . • Setting inks like this way. (Original – YMCKPkRBGo • Changed – YMCKKCMY ) Print with DavinciTurboRIP • Install DavinciTurboRIP for Dye-sublimation and print to Epson R1800 printer. • Select ICC profiles proper dye-sublimation inks.

Benefit • Cheap printer (Epson R1800, R2400, R1900) enable almost same speed as LFP (Paper width 33 cm) • - Epson R1800 Printer + Infinite refill equipment + DavinciTurboRIP for Dye-Sublimation = 3500 $below. • No need change ink cartridge when printing mass productions. Using Infinite refill equipment. • Patented CMYK Double Technology enables high speed (same as LFP), SW Mirroring decrease bidirection banding. • Support Roll Paper, 1 Job above 10m, When using External Roll setter, 100m above printing is OK. • Support ICC Profiles. • Direct print from any Windows application ( for example, word, powerpoint , excel , Corel draw ..
