Discoveries Upon starting my immersion, I planned to chart out my many findings and high light the benefits it is said to have. Upon completing the thirty days, I found a lot of improvement in these areas: • Energy level: I was waking up a lot more easily when taking these cold showers. The energy boost felt much more natural, not jittery like coffee and energy drinks. • Hair and skin health: My hair and skin both became significantly more softer and appeared to be more healthy looking. • Strengthened Immunity: After I was sick a few times early on, I was fine the rest of the immersion even when there were drastic weather changes, as well as sickness spreading all over my floor, etc. Day 1 Day 30
All in all, this was a great experience. I learned a lot about myself through this immersion. I learned about discipline, and most importantly about staying healthy and taking advantage of the many benefits that cold showers and/or hydrotherapy can do for you. This will definitely be part of my daily routine from now on, although I may slip every once and awhile…
