Every year lakhs of candidates appear in the IIT JAM exam but only a few out of them go further because of the competition level which is increasing so rapidly. So, while preparing it is important to know all the important topics that help to score better in the exam. The IIT JAM exam consists of three sections Section A, B, C Section A consists of 30 Questions total of 50 marks. There will be a negative marking of 1/3 marks on 1 mark question and 2/3 marks on 2 mark questions. Section B consists of 10 Questions total of 20 marks and there will be no negative marking in this section. Section C consists of 20 Questions total of 30 Questions and there will be no negative marking in this section. The Exam is conducted in Online Mode.
