NPRR 285 • Next stop: next week’s CEO Review • 285 includes Concepts of: • IRR Curtailment Flag (in greybox) • Base Point Deviation when negative prices (in greybox) • Base Point Deviation exemption when SCED < 4 min (already implemented/manual) • Separate effort (NPRR) to modify the AABP calculation, which ultimately will enable the removal of the short SCED exemption • The IRR and Negative Price concepts in NPRR285 are not dependent on the AABP NPRR
