What Needs to Happen at Annual Town Meeting • Majority Vote to Approve Preliminary Design of Library • 2/3 Vote to Rezone the Library Parcel (13 Main Street) and Adjacent 9 Church Street from Residence A to Downtown Business District • No Town Funds Have Been Spent to Date
Preliminary Design • PBC Listened to Town Feedback • Returned Library to Existing Site • Reduced Square Footage • Designed Building with Flexible Floorspace • Utilize as Library Space • Suitable for Adaptive Reuse • Multiple Designs Reviewed and Revised Utilizing Town Input
