PILOT ONE Feasability Testing (Stakeholders: 17 local authorities, GO, AC, Government Departments) Objective:Agree up to 35 indictors for RBWM What we are piloting: A methodology Where are we now: 20 indicators agreed by ambition groups, GOSE discussions on their priorities for RBWM, producing a shared story, (mock) negotiations begin over the summer
PILOT TWO Cross-boundary Working (Stakeholders: 7 partnerships, DCLG, IDEA. Locally:Council, PCT, Fire, Police and CCB) Objective: Explore how cross-boundary working can be an advantage in LAAs & MAAs What we are piloting: Can the approach of one organisation influence others (beyond our boundaries) to make LAAs and MAAs more useful? Where are we now: National Learning Set established; our pilot being developed and agreed; sharing our thinking and testing the approach in July/August
PILOT THREE Supporting LSPs to Deliver Excellent LAAs (Stakeholders: Leadership Centre, the Nowhere Group,IDEA, DCLG, Government Offices, 3 Govt. Regions) Objective: an understanding of how relationships and behaviours can deliver successful LAAs What we are piloting: A process to strengthen LSPs Where we are now: self assessment completed; partnership event held, analysis being undertaken
