    3. Foyers Great place to greet guests, remove coats and shoes Floor should be of material not affected by dirt or water Must have a coat closet… Min. of 2’ x 3’ Recommended 30” deep by 4’ wide

    4. Foyers Cont. Minimum size of a foyer is 6’ x 6’ Average size is 8’ x 10’ Good to have a bench or chair and a table to take stuff off Flooring of tile, slate, linoleum, or a tight weave carpet
