Psychological Contract • If the terms and conditions of the psychological contract disregarded they produce feelings of reassessment of individual relationship. • When expectations broken they produce more emotional or extreme reactions and produce feelings of disappointments. Broken obligations on the other hand produce feelings of anger and reassessment of individual relationship. • Exchange of Emotions and Recognition. • Informal contract.
