Cryogenics • Cryogenic Control Systems • We follow the protocols developed and implemented by the Accelerator Control and the Electrical Engineering Systems Groups • On site and off site access • Each user has individual account • Access to EPICS screens via Linux and Unix Systems • Available to On-Call Operations Personnel • Access to IOC Systems • Available to On-Call Electrical and Control System Personnel

  3. Cryogenics On-Site • Access to Linux/Unix systems via ssh protocol (terminal) • Access to Linux/Unix desktop via NXclient over ssh • Access to IOCs via dedicated Terminal Servers using Telnet

  4. Cryogenics Off-Site • Operators access through login server login.jlab.org • Access to Linux/Unix systems (terminal) via ssh protocol w/tcp wrappers • Access to Linux/Unix desktop via NXclient tunneled over ssh • Access to Windows systems via rdp protocol tunneled over ssh • Access to IOCs via dedicated Terminal Servers (Telnet only)

  5. Cryogenics • We will continue to use new tools as they are developed and implemented by the Accelerator Controls Group and EES.
