VSS/D1/T1 Exams No requirements
D2/D3/D4 Exams Completion of Basic Distribution Course
T2 Exam - Completion of Basic Treatment Course
5. Training Requirements to Sit for Exams (cont.) T3/T4 Exams
* Applicants not holding T2 Full License
Completion of Basic Treatment Course and
Advanced Treatment Course
* Applicants holding T2 Full License
Completion of Advanced Treatment Course
6. Training Requirements to Sit for Exams (cont.) Exemptions Board may waive training requirements for any exam

All applicants must complete exams sequentially

11. Future Changes in Staffing Requirements MassDEP will be revising its regulations to require PWS with disinfection only to be staffed by operator with treatment license
