Not only can you view your invoice online,you can also • Easily access the e-Invoicing system, directly from the notification email in your inbox or by logging into grandandtoy.com • Have greater control over invoice approval workflow • Eliminate repetitive data entry by exporting data from invoices into your Accounts Payable system • View a complete history of all your invoices, including date paid, amount, and the cheque number (if applicable) • Save the environmentby managing your invoices online, whichreduces the number of trees that are harvested, as well as lowers greenhouse gases

  8. Approving/Holding an invoice After reviewing your invoices, they can be approved on the statement screen. The system will automatically notify the subsequent approval level that the invoice has been approved. An invoice can be placed on hold at any time, until it is ready for approval.

  9. Daily Invoice Invoices are displayed online in the same format as on paper, making it easy for users to find the information needed to approve them.

  10. Cost Centre Invoice – Remittance All sections of the cost centre invoice are available for viewing, including year-to-date totals and tax summary.

  11. Cost Centre Invoice – Requisition Report Users can view theline item details for each order.

  12. Download Invoices The ability to export invoice informationeasily means that youcan eliminate the manual task of data entry. You choose the formatthat works best for you: PDF Comma Delimited Text or Tab Delimited Text (compatible with excel)

  13. Online History Closed invoices remain available for viewing inthe history section for18 months.
