Charrette Goals • To envision new opportunities for: • Buildings. • Vacant lots. • Streetscapes and landscapes. • Connectivity. • As a step toward broader goals: • Stimulate private investments in business/housing. • Engage the community in improving the amenities that enhance quality of life.

  6. The Charrette is NOT: • A master plan or comprehensive plan for the neighborhood. • The Charrette IS: • Intended to stimulate vision and consensus about priority projects that can be advanced through local engagement and leadership.
