Background • Aylwood Review • This collaborative committee at the level of the Local Authority would undertake the administration, commissioning, procurement, quality assurance, local regulation and oversight of supporting people services. The committee would have an abiding emphasis on co-design and co-production and the securing of tangible outcomes and their evaluation.
