This opportunity eliminates shifting and bleaching problems. The software offers list of capturing saved and the complete control of the shutter of the fluorescence in order to illuminate as less as possible the sample. The evolution of the microscopes during last years ad their Automation (z axe control, control of filter set ) gave a big contribution to the precision of the acquisition of images in FISH technique. The fusion of Nikon microscopes with Genikon “Digital System” gives today the ideal solution to acquire and to process FISH images in a very quick and simple way. In particular, the automatic control of the times acquisition of the cameras, gives possible a completely automatic solution. Building of the fluorochromes list by the set up of the number of planes of focus Microscope’s filters control by Genikon interface With just a click of the mouse the user starts the acquisition process of all the fluorochromes of the list and gives to the system the complete control of the exposition times in order to obtain at the end a perfect and focussed image.
