SQ drives our need for a shared vision and purpose...and tends to produce servant leaders with a capacity for innovative change

SQ and our spirituality influences us as people in our approach to others... it will counter-act any sense of drabness, and imbue us with a lightness of touch and a warmth of encounter that will enrich our professional lives. We are people first and professionals second- and the more whole and fulfilled we are as people, the better chance we have of being more effective professionals.

  11. What spirituality can offer is a paradigm, or a way of seeing things, that can help us maintain and cherish the deep humanity of everyone we encounter • Hence its links to servant leadership
