Construction Progress Report – October 19, 2011Four Week Look Ahead • Casino Interior: • Arrival/installation of permanent chiller units; • Installation of kitchen equipment to begin; • Installation of drywall ceiling and soffits at main promenade; and • Continuation of metal stud walls and interior rough-ins. • Casino Exterior: • Installation of landscaping; and • Continuation of exterior finish insulation system on north walls. • Parking Garage: • Initialization of electrical distribution; • Installation of masonry stair shafts; and • Demobilization of tower cranes. • Road Work: • Continuation of Miami Street widening efforts on south side; and • Installation of infrastructure for new traffic signals.
