After logging in to the site click the profile drop down and then click Profile Settings. AXP Internal
From the Profile Options screen click the Personal Information link. AXP Internal
Fill out all required fields and remember to list your name as it is stated on your government issued ID. AXP Internal
Click the Assigned Location drop down and choose your associated location. AXP Internal
Enter your email address and emergency contact information. Then choose your travel preferences and include any messages you may have for the vendor such as “away from ice machine” for hotel bookings. AXP Internal
Add your Frequent Travel Perks information by clicking on the Add a Program button.Make sure your fill in the required TSA information at the bottom of the screen. AXP Internal
The “Add a Program” button will open a window that allows you to add your Frequent Travel Program information. Important: Make sure that your name on your Frequent Travel Program matches the profile name you filled in at the top of the page. Perk credits cannot be pushed through to the vendors if the names do not match! AXP Internal
If you have a Passport or Visa you can add the information to the associated section. The Assistants and Travel Arrangers allows the traveler to assign another employee the ability book travel on your behalf. AXP Internal
To add an assistant simply open the window and type in the name of the employee you would like to share the ability to book on your behalf. Check the box “Can book travel for me” and/or “Is my primary assistant for travel”. AXP Internal
The last section is the Credit Card information. Open the window by clicking the “Add a Credit Card” link. Enter your credit card information for hotel and car reservations. Click save and you are finished with the Profile settings. AXP Internal
