  2. “News Update: Two Rutgers Students Charged in Invasion of Privacy” • Who was involved? Two males and one female from New Jersey. • What happened? Two people, one male and the other female, sexually assaulted him by video taping him which made him commit suicide by jumping off the Washington Bridge. • What was decided? They were charged with secretly live streaming a gay student’s sexual encounter via webcam.

  3. Facebook Issues & you • Who was involved? Congress, Federal Trade Commission, and the European Union. • What happened? They were complaining about the new privacy settings on Facebook. • What was decided? For people to start using diaspora, which was similar to facebook but helped blocked your information better.

  4. Cops invade privacy with gps • Who was involved? The FBI and a man. • What happened? The FBI placed a GPS tracking system under a man’s car. The FBI tracked him down and questioned him. • What was decided? They hoped to get the case submitted to the Supreme Court
