The Training & Assessment Process • The learnership is divided into subject sections. Each section will consist of: • At the end: a summative exam and SSETA quality assurance process prior to SSETA certification approval.
Time-frames • est.12 months for learnership process • SSETA quality assurance and certification approval process outside our jurisdiction and timeframes for this unpredictable. • Learner Entry Requirements • A compulsory pre-training assessment (IEB tools or NQ+) • Minimum of level 3 literacy & numeracy attained on the pre-training assessment (level 1 for NVC 2) • 2nd language (Afrikaans) at level 2 (std8). • Group Size • A minimum of 10 learners in-house.
