  8. Pre-Deployment School Activities • Register Core Team for ILT • Complete ODA • Conduct a SIM Orientation with Your Staff • Finalize Master Schedule • Confirm Student Schedules

  9. Legacy SI Considerations • Make Data Corrections in SI Prior to Conversion • Gather and Print SI-Related Reports Prior to Conversion • Identify Staff Requiring Post-Deployment SI Access • ENR – produce SI compatible student ID numbers

School Preparation • Develop Strategy for Providing Access to End Users • Telecom Mini-Wiring Quotes Available (3-3330) • Work with Tech|XL to Maintain/Acquire Equipment • Apply Recommended Standardsimpact.cps.k12.il.us/downloads/PrepBooklet_February2006.pdf • Work with CDW and Tech|XL to Receive New Admin Lexmark T644dtn Printer • CDW Will Contact Schools to Schedule Exact Dates • Schools Can Upgrade Printer to Include Scanner Capabilities • Once New Printer Is Installed, OTS Will No Longer Support Old Admin Printer
