Booking Management • Visitorregistrationwould facilitate the authorized user to capture the visitor details. • The visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image through Web Cam. • The captured image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen, the badge can be viewed before printing. • Once the booking is saved, the Pass No & Auto-ID will be generated for respective visitor. • Pre-Booking feature provides the authorized user to capture the visitor’s information through mail, phone & fax. • The pre-printed passes can be prepared in advance, handed over on visitor’s arrival. • Avoids delay at reception even with high volumes of visitors.

Work Order Management • Provides the authorized user to raise the work order for contractor type visitor. • While raising the work order, the system captures Work order details with its expiry date. • The Contractor type visitor’s pass can be generated by capturing the visitor’s image through Web Cam. • The image will be automatically loaded to the booking screen. • Contractor type visitor can Enter & Exit during pass validity period only. • The authorized user can close the work order of a contractor type visitor using close work order form
