Progress As set out in the approved strategy “PMIS: An enabler of Procurement Reform” we have: • Undertaken requirements analysis to create specification • Issued RFP, Evaluated Responses, Selected Vendor • Contracted with Vendor and Consultant • Completed detailed requirements analysis • Published HATC website which operate as Yemen procurement portal , ( now up to 43 government organization publish their tender notices and results ) We will now start to review: • Proposed solution

Summary ( required support ) • The potential benefits from PMIS are huge for GoY and the nation • We have made good progress in a challenging environment • There is a lot more to do • We need : • Stakeholder Engagement – we need help from stakeholder organisations • Time and commitments from “Super Users” • Top & Senior Management Support • Infrastructure & Equipment • Change management program • Connectivity between sites • Full cooperation and support from AFMIS Project • incentives for PMIS super user team and end user . • Finance for (roll out ) future PMIS phases.
