Enabling virtually connected workplaces amidst the COVID-19 lockdown When you are faced with a challenge, the truly strong and committed leaders come up with innovative solutions to ensure that business can continue supporting its clients. When we had to ask several of our team members to start working from home, in view of the Covid-19 lockdown, this was precisely what we went through ourselves. Our IT teams had to support us in a big way to ensure that all our associates were supplied with desktops or laptops at their home premises and that they had the necessary connectivity needed to continue working on their client projects. Kudos to our IT team for implementing our business continuity plan so well that all our teams are able to work in a virtually connected workplace, powered by systems, technology, and connectivity. Our teams are now able to ensure effective service delivery to our clients from remote locations, without any interruptions.

Special thanks to our IT teams across different work locations for leading this monumental effort to maintain business continuity while putting the health, safety, and welfare of our employees above all. The IT teams have been working tirelessly for the last 1 week to prepare desktop, laptops and almost endless amounts of tech support for effective remote work. The online platforms have now become the virtual workplace for all of us and it is a true example of exemplary teamwork! A BIG THANK YOU!!
