Classroom Bill of Rights Preamble We the students of Mr. E’s class, in order to behave and respect do hereby ordain and establish this constitution based on the principles of liberty, justice, and honesty. Laykin M
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment I Amendment I reassures the respect of students among themselves and their teachers. Each student as well as teachers should respect themselves and the rights of others. Respect Laykin M
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment II Each student shall be held responsible for his/her work at all times. As well as their actions and daily materials. No student shall depend on anyone else for their work. Student Responsibility Dominique E
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment III The teacher shall be held responsible for having his/her lesson planned before each class starts. The teacher shall also be held responsible for his/ her actions towards their students. Teacher Responsibility Dominique E
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment IV Each student shall be able to wear any color jacket he/she has available in class. Each student shall be able to write in any color utensil they have in possession. Classroom Rights Dominique E
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment V Teachers shall have the rights to bring anything they want pertaining to that lesson. Examples are movies, candy, ect. Teacher Rights Tesia J
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment VI Any individual who says these words “Shut up” shall have a punishment of 25 lines. Any individual who acts up shall be put out of class. Discipline Tesia J
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment VII If a student tends to act up he/she shall be dealt with three times before being sent to the office. Rules Not Covered In These Rights Tesia J

Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment IX Anyone accused of any crime shall have a right to prove that they’re innocent. As well as a classroom trial. Rights of The Accused Melanie V
Classroom Bill of Rights Amendment X If anyone forgets a law, it will take at least 51% of the class to vote in and replace an old law. Once it has been voted on, it will be published and put in the new “Classroom Bill of Rights.” Amending These Rights Melanie V
