  6. IPAC’18 Papers and Proceedings • Please submit all papers through publication system • Thanks to those who followed the process! • Proceedings publication within next few weeks • Any late papers you want in – let Todd know ASAP • 1400 papers in current proceedings

CEBAF • Closed out a very successful Spring 2018 physics run • Thanks to Alex, Tief, and Yves for continuing on the front line • Yves and model team have software development plans for summer • Progress made on injector tails limiting high current ops, optics issues • Bubble chamber commissioning run ends Thu May 17 • Restart Aug 15, physics by Aug 22 – short summer SAD period • Gun swap for 200 kV gun starts Mon May 21; no beam for ~6 weeks • Consistent with module swaps • BTeam shifting to biweekly SAD schedule

JLEIC • All hands on deck to pCDR • Rough draft deadline approaching soon (end May) • Tables with columns/rows but TBD numbers okay at this stage • Figures as placeholders okay at this stage • Text should be initial narrative (e.g. short paragraphs, subject lines, indicative placeholders) • Yuhong leading working group on high energy option • Appendix in works, will understandably be late • ICFA BD Newsletter on Lepton/hadron colliders with polarized beams • Eliana Gianfelice-Wendth (FNAL) is editor • Todd/Yuhong are developing plan to leverage pCDR contributions
