Inter Organizational • We continue to follow the developments with respect to MPLS-TP • We are concerned about confusion in the marketplace about the utility and standardization status of T-MPLS, and some claims that MPLS-TP is a forwards compatible update from T-MPLS. Such is not the case. • We are reviewing some of the liaison relations between the IETF and other organizations

  8. Inter Organizational • The Internet Technical Advisory Committee to the OECD has been announcedhttp://www.internetac.org/ • We are at the end of the selection process for the IETF Selected ISOC BOT member

  9. OrganizationalRFC Editor Model • Review of the RFI caused some discussion about the clarity of the role of the RSE in the model and about the lines of authority and responsibility • Somewhat tight timeline. If you have a interest: stay tuned • Discussion on rfc-interest we need to take decisions at the IAB retreat (April 27-28)
