Final teaching presentation Robert Reyes Kins 329 December 04, 2013
Research says that teachers should conduct a learning assessment before teaching in order to scale the levels of the participants. (Hubble, 2006) • Teachers should structure the games so students are challenged and have opportunities to be successful. • Including students or pupils keeps students engaged on the game. (Griggs ,2012) Teachers introduction
Transfer of learning should be taught in order for the students to gain overall knowledge within other sports. (Butler, 2005) • Teachers should help contribute to the development of skills attained by students. (Griggs ,2012) Transfer of learning
Teachers should make modifications for mini-games to represent what the students will be learning. (Butler, 2013) • The teacher should implement mini-game to develop similar elements and a sense of actual games. (Kirk, 2006) Mini-game style activities
Conclusion • The teacher improved over the three teaching experiences. • Further improvements • Modifications • Professionalism • Feedback specificity
