  1. About VOCA Consult… VOCA Consult is an established and extremely successful Bulgarian consulting company operating the areas of project management, investment finance and marketing. VOCA Consult was established within the twelve-year large-scale project funded by USAID that started in 1992. The project was aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of a large number of Bulgarian small and medium enterprises in the agro-food industry.

Financing - the establishment and management of projects • VOCA Consult Ltd provides qualified assistance by the application for the various Measures of the “Rural Development Areas Programme” 2007-2013, the Operational Programme “Development of the competitiveness of the Bulgarian economy” 2007-2013 and the remaining funding programmes of the EU • Specialized assistance: • Actualized information concerning the application requirements and procedures • Analysis of the candidate’s status according the specific measure’s requirements • Business plan according all requirements • Assistance during the process of preparation and submitting of documents • Assistance in accessing investment financing • Representing the candidates and active cooperation during the entire procedure – from project’s preparation to its approval until subsidy payment • VOCA Consulthad established business relations with numerous financial institutions and provides to its clients finance facilitation.

Results The VOCA Consult team has fifteen years of experience in providing services to private companies and public institutions, thus facilitating the business planning process and the access to trade and investment financing, participation in infrastructure projects, working with pre-accession funds and EU Operational Programs. Through mutual projects and cooperation with leading commercial banks and donor institutions the team of VOCA Consult have been providing financial assistance to the private and public sectors in the amount of over EUR 49 000 000 The current portfolio of successful VOCA Consult Ltd defended SAPARD and EU Operational Programmes’ projects, includes over 150 projects totaling up to EUR 40 000 000.
