Discover Canada’s easternmost province of Newfoundland & Labrador is a popular destination for tourists and residents alike who share a passion for hunting and fishing. Fish is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which can help lower blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Aim for at least 2 servings of fish each week as part of your healthy diet. CANADA Scotland brings to mind whirling kilted dancers performing the Highland Fling and rolling green hills with the shouts (Fore!) of golfers ringing in the air. SCOTLAND Russia is one of the great homes of classic ballet, and during the period of Communism, St. Petersburg’s Kirov Ballet was among the most famous in the world. All forms of dance are great exercise! Swimming is a perfect form of low-impact exercise, no matter the weather. In fact, tourists and natives of Iceland are able to swim year round. IRELAND Regular cycling can dramatically improve your overall state of health.
